For any input photo. Keep the top half as the original photo; in the bottom half, split the same scene into 12–20 irregular rectangles/narrow strips of photo fragments, like a contact sheet pasted on a cold gray cardboard, with real gaps and slight misaligned shadows between the pieces. The order of the fragments can still piece together the key identity of the subject, but the local cropping emphasizes the most information-rich details in the photo, such as faces, textures, hands, architecture, or natural details; place 4–6 sticky notes around them, using short handwritten observation sentences, without repeating the full photo. No meaningless random mosaics, gradient filters, or extra people.
