Refund Policy

The only thing sold on Wikiprompt is the credit pack used by Create (see Pricing). Everything else on the site is free. This policy covers those credit purchases.

Automatic refunds

If a generation fails for technical reasons (a model error, a timeout, an outage on our side), the credits it consumed are refunded to your credit balance automatically - no request needed. You can verify this in your generation history.

Purchase refunds

• Unused packs: if you bought a credit pack and have not spent any of its credits, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Partially used packs: because credits fund third-party model usage the moment they are spent, spent credits are non-refundable. We may refund the unused remainder of a pack at our discretion.
• Billing errors: duplicate charges or amounts that do not match the listed price are always refunded in full.

How to request one

Email legal@wikiprompt.org from the address on your Wikiprompt account, with the order reference from your purchase receipt. We answer within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our merchant of record.
