Terms of Service

By accessing and using Wikiprompt ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access • Notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Your Content: You retain ownership of prompts and content you create and upload to Wikiprompt. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform. Platform Content: The Wikiprompt name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Wikiprompt. User Prompts: When you purchase a prompt, you receive a license to use that prompt for personal or commercial purposes as specified by the seller.

Selling Prompts: Sellers receive 80% of each sale. Payments are processed through our payment partners. Purchasing Prompts: All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical issues. Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings. Currency: All prices are displayed and processed in USD unless otherwise specified.

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that: • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights • Contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful code • Promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable laws • Is designed to generate harmful, unethical, or illegal outputs from AI systems • Contains personal information of others without their consent We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: • The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free • Prompts purchased will produce desired results with any AI system • The content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIKIPROMPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
