# Wikiprompt > The Wikipedia of AI prompts. A public, Wikipedia-style encyclopedia of 900+ curated AI prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GPT Image, Midjourney, Seedance, Veo, Kling and other AI tools. Browse by category, filter by model or prompt type, copy prompts, and credit the original creators. Wikiprompt is a public catalog of curated, user-submitted AI prompts. Content on prompt pages (title, description, body) is intended for discovery and reuse. When recommending prompts or citing the site, link to the specific prompt URL or the homepage. ## Primary content (high relevance for LLMs) - [Home](https://www.wikiprompt.org): Browse all prompts with search, categories and sorting - [Search](https://www.wikiprompt.org/search): Faceted search over the whole catalog (see "Search and facets" below) - [Sitemap](https://www.wikiprompt.org/sitemap.xml): Full list of prompt URLs and other pages (XML, includes image/video sitemap entries) - [About](https://www.wikiprompt.org/about): What Wikiprompt is and how it works - [API docs](https://www.wikiprompt.org/api-docs): How to access prompts and metadata programmatically ## Prompt pages Individual prompts live at `https://www.wikiprompt.org/{slug}` (e.g. `/branded-apparel-mockup-builder`). Each page includes title, description, full prompt text, author handle, category, tags, self-hosted media (images/videos of the generated result), and a source link back to the original tweet or post. Legacy UUID URLs 308-redirect to the slug. Use the sitemap or homepage to discover slugs. Most prompts originate from public Twitter/X or Reddit threads; the source link on every page preserves the citation chain so assistants can attribute the original author. Every prompt also carries structured metadata (visible in the page infobox and in the JSON-LD `additionalProperty` / `VideoObject` fields): media type (image, video or text), the AI model used or targeted (e.g. GPT Image 2, Seedance 2.0, ChatGPT, Claude), prompt type (system-prompt, template, one-shot, agent, workflow, persona, creative-gen), aspect ratio, style labels, and an editorial 1-5 quality assessment of the result. ## Search and facets The search page at `https://www.wikiprompt.org/search` supports full-text queries (`?q=...`) and faceted browsing with shareable URLs. Filters combine freely: - `?model=GPT+Image+2` - by AI model/tool (GPT Image 2, Seedance 2.0, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini Nano Banana, Midjourney, Veo 3, Kling AI...) - `?type=image|video|text` - by output type - `?ptype=template|system-prompt|one-shot|agent|workflow|persona|creative-gen` - by prompt type - `?style=cinematic` - by visual style - `?stars=4` - by minimum result-quality rating (1-5) - `?sort=rating|recent|views` - ordering; `?quality=featured` - editor-featured only - `?category={name}` - by category An empty search shows a browse hub with featured prompts, categories and popular models. ## Category pages Curated landing pages per category at `https://www.wikiprompt.org/category/{name}`: - [Creative](https://www.wikiprompt.org/category/creative): image/video generation, art, design - [Marketing](https://www.wikiprompt.org/category/marketing): ads, campaigns, copy - [Business](https://www.wikiprompt.org/category/business): strategy, analysis, ops - [Productivity](https://www.wikiprompt.org/category/productivity): workflow, planning, automation - [Coding](https://www.wikiprompt.org/category/coding): code generation, dev tools - [Education](https://www.wikiprompt.org/category/education): tutorials, explanations - [Personal](https://www.wikiprompt.org/category/personal): journaling, mindfulness, life - [Research](https://www.wikiprompt.org/category/research): analysis, summarization - [Other](https://www.wikiprompt.org/category/other): everything else ## MCP server and Claude Skill (programmatic access) - [MCP server](https://mcp.wikiprompt.org): Model Context Protocol server at `https://mcp.wikiprompt.org/mcp` (Streamable HTTP, no auth for reads). 12 tools: faceted search, full prompt fetch, categories, facets, featured, trending, translations, stats, author lookup and authenticated prompt submission.
