Timelapse Lighthouse Construction on Barren Island

Timelapse video from a fixed camera on a rocky barren empty island, waves striking black basalt below. Foundations pin into the ridge; a circular footing forms as cranes swing in pre-curved segments. The lighthouse shaft climbs, ring by ring, a spiral stair threading upward through the hollow core. Fresnel housing assembles beneath a faceted lantern; catwalk rails bolt into the crown. The keeper's cottage frames out beside it, shingles stepping on in tight rows; stone paths and windbreak walls appear. Solar arrays tilt toward the sun; foghorns and weather instruments perch along the parapet. At nightfall, the beam ignites and sweeps the water, a bright pulse lacing the horizon.
