Paper Collage House Poster with Typography

Base: Vertical 2:3 poster on clean warm off-white paper with fine texture. In the center, a tall narrow house built as a physical paper collage: a torn piece of a photograph of an old red brick wall as the base, a tall piece of flat mustard yellow paper as the facade with a torn white top edge, a cut-out photo of an old wooden window with a lace curtain, a torn blue paper door, and a triangular roof cut from a vintage map, all layered with rough torn edges, soft paper shadows and strips of translucent masking tape holding them together. Lots of empty paper around the house. No text, no graphics. Iteration 1: Add a small grey paper chimney on the right side of the roof, and a thin wisp of hand-drawn graphite pencil smoke curling up from it in loose loops. Keep the paper collage house, the tape, the shadows, and the paper background exactly as they are. Iteration 2: Add typography in clean modern grotesk sans serif, deep forest green: at the top left "Open doors." and "One weekend" on two lines; at the top right "17/10" and "2026" on two lines. Along the right edge, a large vertical title rotated 90 degrees: "Open Houses: Inside the City". At the bottom left, three lines in small grotesk: "Architecture for everyone", "Open House Weekend", "40 buildings · free entry". On the left side of the house, a small circular text stamp in forest green reading "OPEN HOUSE · COME INSIDE" around a simple key icon. Keep the paper collage house, the chimney, the pencil smoke, and the paper background exactly as they are.
