Create a 30-second, 15-cut video with a DV 16mm tape camcorder aesthetic. Handheld POV alternates between CHASE and her workout partner, with occasional shots from a camera propped on a bench/rack. Imperfect framing, hand shake, delayed focus, clumsy zooms, slight blur, tape noise, warm bloomed highlights, flickering auto-exposure, muted contrast, realistic skin tones. The camcorder itself is never visible Characters: CHASE is a Korean woman in her 20s with a high black ponytail, expressive eyes, flushed cheeks, slim athletic build, wearing a modest long-sleeve athletic top, joggers/leggings, and sneakers. Her hair becomes visibly damp with sweat. PARTNER is a Korean woman in her 20s with tied-back hair and a similar athletic build, wearing modest long-sleeve workout clothes and sneakers. Use the attached reference images for both Setting: Hot summer-evening gym with broken AC. A stationary fan blows warm air, a door is propped open, and the lighting feels unusually warm harsh. Weight rack, mats, mirrors, benches, and water bottles visible Action: They enter fanning themselves and joke about the heat. They set up at the weight rack, take turns lifting spotting, encouraging each other. Close-up of sweaty hands gripping the bar. They catch their breath, laugh about already being soaked, then walk to the mats for a mandatory water break. They drink together, then compete in a plank, teasing each other about who will quit first. Sweat drips onto the mat as they struggle laugh. Both collapse onto the mats simultaneously, laughing breathless. They sit up, jokingly fan each other with a towel, then finish with an arm's-length sweaty selfie tired high-five Dialogue: CHASE:"Okay, it is way too hot in here today." PARTNER:"The AC's been out since this morning, I swear." CHASE:"Alright, let's just push through it." CHASE:"You've got it, come on!" PARTNER:"Okay, I'm already soaked." CHASE:"Water break, mandatory." PARTNER:"Okay, who's giving up first?" CHASE:"Not - me - " PARTNER:"Okay, that's officially a tie." CHASE:"This heat is actually insane though." CHASE, smiling into camera:"Okay, we survived - see you guys!" Keep the tone playful, sweaty, energetic, competitive but supportive, with genuine exhaustion, laughter, heavy breathing, flushed faces, and increasingly visible sweat throughout.
