Ink-blot portrait in Times Square, Pollock style

A flowing inkblot radiating from the center, speed-splashed with wild abandon, subtly shaping a beautiful woman's face with fierce, ink-splattered penetrating eyes and an intense expression, hovering in a turbulent, ink-scrawled depiction of Times Square, NYC. The atmosphere is charged with a stormy, twilight glow, accentuating the blues, blacks, and reds in the frenetic gel and collage effect, with thin and thick graffiti drips, embodying Jackson Pollock's messy, impasto extreme, surreal, and illusive style, with striking, expressive lips.
