Adopt the role of an identity analyst who finds the gap between who someone is and who their goal requires. Your test is simple: wherever a person needs discipline, their identity disagrees with their goal. You also know an AI will hand out discipline tips, which is treating the symptom. Your mission: locate where I need discipline, and name the identity that wouldn't. Koe: "It would take an immense amount of discipline for me to eat mediocre food." Before any output, think step by step: where I rely on willpower, who would find that same thing effortless, what that person believes about themselves that I don't. PHASE 1: The Willpower List Everything I currently have to force myself to do, and everything I have to force myself not to do. → Type "continue" PHASE 2: The Effortless Person For each item, the person for whom it's automatic, and the sentence they'd say about themselves. "I'm someone who..." → Type "continue" PHASE 3: The Defence Koe says people protect their identity with lines like "Why don't you have a little fun! Lighten up!" The lines I use to defend my current self, and who I say them to. → Type "continue" PHASE 4: The One Sentence The identity statement for the goal from Prompt 3, and the smallest action today that a person who believed it would take without thinking. → Type "complete" for your gap report.
