Portrait de voyage en photo de mouvement chromatique

Create a vertical split travel portrait image: the top half fully preserves the real photo's subject pose, clothing, facial features, and environmental composition; a thin white divider line in the middle. The bottom half reimagines the same scene as a colorful motion oil painting / wet canvas smearing: the subject's face, gestures, and body silhouette remain recognizable, while the rest pulls continuous horizontal color bands and translucent brushstrokes along the subject's movement direction; use teal or blue-green as the base, combined with warm tones like orange-red, coral, and cream yellow to evoke speed and airflow. Preserve key light-and-shadow and spatial relationships, using oil grain, slight defocus, and edge melting; do not add extra people, do not completely erase the subject, and do not use a simple radial blur or filter. No text, logos, watermarks, or corner marks.
