Applies to any real photo, not limited to photography or animal portraits. Preserve the real environment, people, animals, or object details and perspective, creating an "ink-painted surreal overlay on real scenes": draw huge white graffiti creatures/personified characters on the photo that relate to the subject's pose, movement, or structure, using bold black hand-drawn outlines, exaggerated limbs, and cutouts so that parts of the real photo show through or press against the illustration. Add fluorescent marker strokes extracted from the photo and moderately enhanced, handwritten captions, and local texture smears; the photo must not be fully covered, this is not a duotone filter, retain inkjet grain and street poster feel, no --ar 16:9 flag.
