Mark Eugene Russinovich (born December 22, 1966) is a Spanish-born American software engineer and author who serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Microsoft Azure. He is widely known for his expertise in operating systems, particularly Windows internals, and for co-founding Winternals Software, which Microsoft acquired in 2006.
