Sci-Fi Armor Suit-Up Sequence in Flight Cockpit

Ultra-realistic sci-fi cinematic. A young woman in a high-tech flight cockpit looks into the camera and says 'I'm on my way.' She taps a wrist console, triggering an intricate mechanical suit-up sequence. Sleek black and copper carbon-fiber armor plates rapidly fold and lock over her shoulders and torso with visible interlocking gears. A HUD-equipped helmet with glowing cyan visors snaps into place. The scene ends with her plummeting from the aircraft into a thick, misty forest below. 8k resolution, photorealistic textures, dramatic volumetric fog, and anamorphic lens flares.
