Rubens-style still life with black hibiscus

A painting in the style of Peter Paul Rubens depicting a sumptuous still life arrangement centered around several black hibiscus blossoms. The velvety petals of the black hibiscus flowers, subtly shifting in tone from deep charcoal to midnight blue, cascade elegantly over the edges of an antique, leather-bound book displaying the words "LIBER NATURAE" embossed in faded gold lettering. The book rests upon a rich mahogany table, bathed in a warm, diffused light that creates dramatic shadows and highlights the texture of the aged leather and delicate floral details, while a softly blurred background reveals a glimpse of a grand, dimly lit library. A single, antique brass candlestick with a flickering candle sits just out of focus to the side, adding a touch of romantic depth to the scene.
