Panoramic Image to 3:2 Video with Camera Pan

This is a panoramic photo. Help me turn it into a video with a 3:2 aspect ratio. The image should fill the entire screen, but since the image is large, each frame only shows a part of the image. The frame rate is 30 frames per second. Move the camera smoothly with a step size of 8 pixels per frame. First, aim the camera at the center of the image, then move to the far right, then to the far left, and finally back to the center, as shown: center --> right --> center --> left --> center. You can use the imageio library to generate the video directly from each frame. If necessary, crop the edges of the image so that the image size can be divided by the frame step size.
