Neon Noir Portrait Prompt

Using uploaded face as reference. A high-contrast graphic art portrait of a young South Asian man with stylish curly black hair, a full beard, and mustache, looking slightly upwards. He is wearing bright neon orange-tinted retro sunglasses, a black patterned t-shirt, and a detailed denim jacket with a white shearling fleece collar and vintage chest patches. The art style features detailed black pen-and-ink cross-hatching line art for the portrait, overlaid on a vintage printed newspaper background. Dynamic, explosive paint splatters in electric blue and vibrant orange burst out behind his head and shoulders, combining pop-art collage with street art illustration, 8k resolution, ultra-detailed, highly stylized poster design.
