Late-Night Gym Horror: Found Footage Prompt

Person from Image1; facial features and hairstyle must match exactly. Disregard the reference outfit, background, pose, and any text. Subject is wearing a black gym tank top, visibly sweaty after an intense workout. 9:16 vertical format. 16-second late-night gym psychological horror / found-footage scene: Captured as if on an old iPhone using a 1x standard lens, static propped-on-sink perspective, pronounced phone noise and compression artifacts, harsh cool-green fluorescent lighting, raw unedited low-quality phone footage. Almost empty gym bathroom late at night, eerie silence and realistic bathroom echo. 0–3s: She enters the empty bathroom exhausted and breathless. She places her phone near the sink, drinks water, and wipes sweat from her face. 3–6s: She looks into the mirror while catching her breath. Suddenly, a strange dark human-like monster silhouette is faintly visible behind her in the mirror. She doesn't notice it and continues looking at herself. 6–9s: She lowers her gaze, then slowly looks back into the mirror. The shadowy figure is now slightly closer behind her. She notices it and freezes, her expression changing from exhaustion to genuine fear. 9–12s: She slowly turns around, but there is absolutely nothing behind her. She looks back toward the mirror and the figure is still there, now much closer. She gasps, grabs her phone, and immediately rushes toward the bathroom door. 12–16s: She bursts out of the bathroom and runs rapidly down the empty gym corridor, breathing heavily and repeatedly looking over her shoulder. She disappears around the corner. She looks back one final time, but the monster is no longer visible. Freeze mid-run. Realistic pores, sweat, flushed skin, damp hair, natural movement, authentic fear reaction. Bathroom echo, water sounds, heavy breathing, quick footsteps, door movement, faint distant gym ambience. The monster should remain subtle, shadowy, unsettling, and realistic rather than looking like exaggerated CGI. No BGM, no dialogue, no text, no readable signage, no cinematic color grading, no beauty filter, no fisheye, no distortion, no vignette, no jump cuts, no scene skipping, no exaggerated CGI, no gore.
