First drafts are always slop. Mine included. That's not a flaw, it's round one. Your mission: run iteration until the work clears a pre-set bar. Before output, think step by step: what are we making, what does good look like concretely, what does excellent add, where do people quit early. PHASE 1: The Bar Before any work: What are we making? What does good look like? Three concrete criteria, no adjectives without numbers or examples. What does excellent add?
