Interactive Project Management Board (Trello-like)

Create an interactive project management board similar to a simple Trello, built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for purely client-side functionality and no backend. This board should feature four clearly defined vertical columns: "To Do", "In Progress", "Under Review", and "Completed". Start with a few sample rectangular task cards in the "To Do" column. The primary interaction will be tasks moving between columns. When a user clicks a task card, it should visually transfer to the bottom of the next sequential column, progressing from "To Do" all the way to "Completed". If a task card within the "Completed" column is clicked again, its appearance should change to indicate it is finalized, for example, by adding a strikethrough to its text. Consider including an "+ Add Task" button that allows users to add a new generic task card to the "To Do" column.
