Hyper-Realistic Action Figure Miniature

Turn the uploaded reference person into a hyper-realistic collectible action figure / 3D miniature figurine (exact facial features, hairstyle, outfit, pose preserved from photo - no changes to identity). The tiny figure is standing dynamically on the open palm of an elegant woman's hand. Macro close-up photography, foreground sharp on miniature details (glossy paint, joint lines subtle, realistic fabric texture scaled down), woman's soft skin and nails in focus. Background extremely blurred creamy bokeh showing the real full-size person from reference for dramatic scale. Studio product shot lighting with rim light and specular highlights on the figure, photorealistic, high detail, cinematic, 9:20 tall format.
