Hyper-Realistic 100x Timelapse Bakpao Cooking Video Prompt

A hyper-realistic 10-second landscape (16:9) cinematic cooking video in extreme 100x fast timelapse, continuous single take, smooth camera movement, bright natural kitchen lighting, high detail, appetizing food photography style. Sequence compressed into ultra-fast motion: Hands rapidly mix low-protein flour, sugar, instant yeast, baking powder in a large bowl -> pour warm water, knead vigorously into soft elastic dough -> add white shortening/margarine and salt, continue kneading until smooth and non-sticky -> dough rises and doubles in size in a covered bowl (time-lapse expansion) -> divide dough into equal balls, flatten each piece, place chocolate filling (chips or melted chocolate paste) in the center, seal tightly and reshape into smooth round buns -> place buns on parchment paper squares, second proof (quick puffing) -> transfer into a steamer basket over boiling water, cover and steam (visible steam rising, buns expanding and becoming fluffy white) -> remove steaming hot bakpao, open one to show gooey melted chocolate inside -> arrange the finished chocolate-filled steamed buns neatly on a plate and serve with a final close-up of the soft, pillowy texture and melting chocolate. Ultra-fast hyperlapse speed 100x throughout, no slow motion, seamless transitions between steps, vibrant colors, steam effects, professional kitchen setting, mouth-watering final presentation. Landscape orientation, exactly 10 seconds long.
