GTA-style package chaos in a Japanese neighborhood

Create a 30-second realistic AAA third-person open-world game sequence in a lively local Japanese neighborhood. Use the uploaded image as the exact character reference: a young Korean woman in her early 20s with long black hair, pastel-lavender top, white cargo pants and sneakers. Keep her appearance consistent. She notices a delivery cyclist carrying a cardboard package, grabs the package, and runs. The cyclist chases her through the streets. She hides behind a parked kei truck, sneaks out, then accidentally crashes into another delivery worker, sending boxes everywhere. She ignores a "RETURN PACKAGE" prompt and runs again. She crosses a pedestrian bridge, briefly leaves the package beside a bench, grabs it when the cyclist arrives, and continues escaping. She eventually reaches the address printed on the package and realizes she has accidentally delivered it to the correct recipient. The recipient happily takes it while the exhausted cyclist arrives and looks completely confused. She gives him an innocent smile and walks away. Use authentic third-person gameplay graphics, realistic 3D characters, detailed village/neighborhood environment, believable physics and NPC reactions. Include a GTA-style HUD with minimap, health/stamina bars, controller prompts, mission objectives, alert markers and notifications such as "PACKAGE STOLEN," "THEY FOUND YOU," "BAD DECISION," "DELIVERY COMPLETE," "MISSION COMPLETE," and "CHAOS +150." No anime, cartoon, cel-shading, mobile-game graphics, cinematic movie shots, distorted characters, inconsistent objects, gore or unrealistic physics.
