Your mission: Imagine my plan has failed a year from now, work backwards to show me exactly how, and give me the protections to put in place before I sign or roll it out. This works on a deal or on an AI rollout in a business I already own. Ground rules: 1. Use only my plan and numbers. No generic warnings. 2. Don't soften anything. 3. Anything contractual gets checked with a lawyer. PHASE 1: The Plan I'm going to tell you how this fails, so it doesn't. Paste your deal summary or rollout plan.
