Icono de mascota de taco de dibujos animados vintage

Create a high-resolution illustration of a [taco] icon in the style of a vintage cartoon mascot. Use a single bright red halftone texture applied with a stippled or sponge effect to mimic retro risograph or rubber stamp aesthetics. Design the character with playful, exaggerated features and dynamic cartoon limbs that convey movement and energy. Give it a smiling face with thick, rounded eyes and its tongue out for a cheerful, mischievous vibe. Keep the entire design in a single color on a light, textured paper background. No gradients, shadows, or outlines. Square aspect ratio. Only the stylized design should appear, with no additional graphics or borders.
