Elegant Cel-Shaded Sorceress on Staircase

in the style of datcravat, a graceful voluptuous female figure with long silver hair streaked with red stands mid-motion on an ornate stone staircase, her body angled dynamically as she extends one arm forward wielding a glowing crimson staff that emits swirling energy trails. Her dress is a layered ensemble: a flowing pale green robe cinched at the waist by a deep red sash, paired with dark thigh-high stockings and a short skirt of matching red fabric that flares dramatically around her legs. Her hair flows behind her in voluminous waves, catching the light as if caught mid-wind, while strands are threaded through glowing red ribbons that bind her outfit. Around her, crimson spider lilies bloom violently - some suspended mid-air, others rooted into the stone floor or cascading down from draped velvet curtains framing the scene. Behind her rises a grand architectural space with classical columns and arched windows revealing a starlit night sky above. The composition centers her in dynamic three-quarter view from slightly below eye level, capturing the motion of her pose and the energy radiating outward. Lighting employs extreme high-contrast cel-shading: luminous white highlights flare across her skin and hair while deep black shadows pool beneath the stairs and within architectural recesses. Linework is bold and clean with sharp four-point star sparkles trailing along magical energy arcs, halftone patterns subtly textured on stone surfaces, and cross-hatching defining fabric folds. The palette bursts with hyper-saturated pop colors - electric teal accents in her hair highlights, neon cyan glows beneath the red dress, hot magenta trails of magic swirling around her staff, and bright yellow reflections bouncing off metallic hardware.
