2002 Garage Band MiniDV Video Prompt

Seedance 2.5 Video PROMPT: Main Subjects: Four young adult friends forming their first amateur garage band. Authentic early-2000s outfits: oversized band T-shirts, baggy jeans, hoodies, skate shoes, wristbands, and baseball caps. Location: A cluttered suburban garage in the United States, around 2002. Cheap electric guitar, secondhand keyboard, basic drum kit, small guitar amplifier, tangled cables, folding chairs, old posters, cardboard boxes, and a dusty workbench Visual Style: Ultra-realistic early-2000s consumer MiniDV footage. Authentic 4:3 DV image, faded colors, soft contrast, mild digital noise, visible compression artifacts, autofocus hunting, occasional blown highlights, motion blur, and imperfect white balance. Nothing looks professionally filmed Camera Style: One friend documents the "first rehearsal" with a bulky MiniDV camcorder. Heavy handheld shake, accidental zooms, sudden pans, autofocus breathing, awkward close-ups, and imperfect framing. The camera operator occasionally laughs and loses the shot Timeline - 15 Seconds 00:00–00:03 The recording begins with the four friends standing dramatically in the garage. One holds a guitar and announces, "This is our first official rehearsal." Another friend immediately asks, "Do we actually know a song?" 00:03–00:06 They begin playing together. The drummer starts too early, the guitarist plays a completely different rhythm, and the keyboard player looks around in confusion. Everyone stops after two seconds 00:06–00:09 They try again. This time the guitarist accidentally activates the amplifier with an extremely loud burst of feedback. Everyone jumps backward while the camera jerks violently 00:09–00:12 The drummer tries to recover and performs an overly dramatic drum fill. One drumstick slips from his hand and rolls across the garage floor. Everyone immediately starts laughing 00:12–00:15 They sit exhausted on folding chairs. The guitarist looks into the camera and says, "We'll be famous eventually." The drummer quietly replies, "Hopefully not for this." Everyone bursts out laughing as the camcorder zooms toward the amplifier and cuts to black Audio: Guitar strings, amplifier feedback, uneven drumming, keyboard notes, garage echoes, cable movement, laughter, footsteps, and spontaneous conversation. No added music, no narration Comedic Direction: The comedy should come from authentic beginner mistakes: no song → terrible first attempt → amplifier feedback → flying drumstick → brutally honest ending. Keep everything physically realistic Goal: Make it feel like a genuine 2002 MiniDV behind-the-scenes memory of four friends who were absolutely convinced they were about to become rock stars.
