Build a Playable AI Startup Team in a 2D City

Build a small 2D city in Godot or Three.js and connect it to the Claude API. You only need a few locations: an office where agents discuss ideas, a research center where they study real problems, a product lab where they build, and a market area where they prepare the launch. Create several Claude agents with different roles, such as a founder, researcher, developer, designer, marketer, and critic. Give each agent its own system prompt, personality, current task, and memory file so it remembers previous conversations and decisions. The game controls movement and animation, while Claude controls the agents' thinking. When an agent needs to research something, the game sends it to the research center. When the team needs to make a decision, everyone walks into the office and starts a meeting. During each meeting, send Claude the agents' roles, memories, research, and current goal. Ask it to generate their discussion and return one clear decision: what problem they found, what product they should create, who it is for, and what each agent should do next. Save that response as a project file. The developer agent can then use Claude Code to create the product inside a separate folder, while the designer reviews the interface, the critic searches for problems, and the marketer prepares the name, price, landing page, and launch posts. Every completed action should update the city. Agents physically walk to their next task, buildings show what is currently happening, and finished products appear inside the world. The main loop is simple: the agents research real problems, meet to choose the best one, build a small solution, test it, fix the biggest issues, and prepare it for launch. You are basically turning Claude into a playable startup team that walks around a digital city and builds real products while you watch.
