Anime storm sorceress lightning staff illustration prompt

Epic cinematic anime illustration of a powerful adult sorceress with very long flowing black hair, standing on a windswept mountain summit beneath a vast stormy night sky. She wears an elegant black-and-gold fantasy robe with layered fabric, ornate golden embroidery and a long cape whipping violently in the wind. With both hands she raises an exceptionally long, intricate golden magical staff straight toward the sky. The entire staff is visible from her hands to its radiant crown. A single blinding white-gold lightning bolt erupts directly from the tip of the staff and shoots vertically upward into the dark thunderclouds, splitting the sky with explosive magical energy. Golden sparks, glowing runes and arcs of electricity spiral around the staff. Low-angle full-body composition, strong heroic silhouette, dramatic foreshortening, intense wind and motion, black hair streaming behind her, brilliant gold rim light, deep blue and violet storm clouds, high contrast, dynamic anime key visual, precise linework, detailed cel shading, luminous volumetric light, grand scale, clean readable composition.
