Abandoned coastal town flooded street courier

Abandoned coastal town, late afternoon: a young courier pushes a rusted bicycle through a flooded shopping street, seawater reaching the wheel hubs, store signs hanging crooked above empty windows. A loose shutter taps in the wind; plastic bags cling to a traffic light; somewhere inside a dark bakery, an old ceiling fan still turns slowly. He stops when the front wheel catches on something beneath the water. He reaches down and pulls up a sealed birthday cake box, perfectly dry inside a plastic carrier, the faded icing visible through the transparent lid. For a second he just stares at it, as if the town has handed back one ordinary thing from before everything ended. Natural 35mm framing, restrained camera, pale overcast daylight, desaturated sea-green and concrete tones, soft contrast, weathered textures, muted color palette, quiet melancholy with a faint sense of unease.
