2005 Canadian Gym MiniDV Video Prompt

Main Subject: Young Canadian woman, 23, shoulder-length dark-brown hair in a loose ponytail, lavender T-shirt, black leggings, white sneakers, small gym bag. Natural, slightly nervous, friendly expression. Location: A modest neighborhood gym in Toronto, Canada, around 2005. Old treadmills, basic weight machines, rubber flooring, fluorescent lights, wall mirrors, water fountain, small locker area, and a few regular members. Ordinary local gym, not a luxury fitness studio. Visual Style: Ultra-realistic early-2000s consumer MiniDV footage. Feels like a friend documenting her first gym visit. Candid, imperfect, and nostalgic. Camera Style: Cheap MiniDV camcorder, handheld shake, imperfect framing, accidental zooms, autofocus hunting, exposure pumping under fluorescent lights, faded colors, soft contrast, motion blur, digital compression, slight sensor noise, no stabilization. Timeline - 15 Seconds: 00:00–00:03 - She enters the gym carrying her bag, looks around, and gives the camera a nervous smile. 00:03–00:06 - She places her bag in a locker and struggles briefly with the old combination lock. 00:06–00:09 - She starts a light workout on a treadmill while her friend films from a respectful distance. 00:09–00:12 - She tries a basic weight machine, then checks the mirror with a playful, serious expression. 00:12–00:15 - After finishing, she takes a sip of water, wipes her forehead, and proudly gives the camera a thumbs-up. Audio: Treadmill hum, weight-machine sounds, shoes on rubber flooring, locker doors, quiet conversations, water fountain, gym ventilation. No music, no narration. Goal: Make it feel like a forgotten Canadian MiniDV recording from 2005–a simple first gym session, awkward moments, small achievement, and authentic everyday nostalgia.
