1990s Cel-Anime Noir Alley Two-Shot

1990s cel-animated anime film still, intimate low-angle close two-shot in a dark alley at night. A tall lean man braces one arm against a wall above a blonde woman, leaning down over her while she raises a lighter to the cigarette in his mouth. Their faces are inches apart, both in sharp profile, his gaze cast down at her, hers tilted up at him. The woman stands on the left with her back near the wall. Extremely long golden blonde hair styled in two round buns high on her head with long straight twin tails pouring down past her shoulders, soft wispy bangs swept across her forehead, loose strands catching the light. A round red jewel hair ornament with a pale silver rim sits on the bun. Large blue-grey eyes with heavy dark lashes and winged liner, glossy deep red lips slightly parted, small nose, soft cheek contour. A gold crescent moon earring hangs from her ear, a thin black choker circles her neck. She wears an oversized glossy black patent leather trench jacket with wide lapels, the vinyl surface covered in hard wet highlights and warm amber reflections. Her hand is raised with red painted nails, gripping a small metal lighter with a tall teardrop flame. The man stands on the right, towering over her. Messy voluminous dark hair with a deep green-black tint, spiky tufts falling over his forehead and eyes. Sharp angular jaw, long straight nose, narrow half-lidded eyes, relaxed and unreadable expression. An unlit white cigarette angles down from his lips toward the flame. He wears a loose black tank top and a dark beaded necklace, bare shoulder and collarbone showing. His raised forearm is covered in a fine-line tattoo sleeve, fist resting on the wall, a silver ring on one finger. On the far left edge, a weathered wall with a worn poster showing cropped bold numerals and fragments of small x86 assembly code text, lit gold where the light hits it. Background is near-black with a few soft out-of-focus city lights in orange and pale white. Lighting comes almost entirely from the lighter flame. Warm amber and burnt orange glow blooms across her face, his jaw and lips, and the inside of his arm, with strong golden rim light tracing her hair and his profile. Deep crushed black shadows, heavy chiaroscuro, high contrast, limited palette of gold, amber, ochre, rust and black. Hand-drawn cel animation look, clean confident ink linework, flat cel shading with painted highlight shapes, retro 90s OVA aesthetic, hand-painted background, subtle film grain, soft halation around the flame, slight analog softness, 35mm anime film print, cinematic composition, moody, romantic, noir.
