Revenue Model Stress Tester

Here is my business and the revenue model I am currently planning: [describe both]. Challenge this model completely. What are the 3 alternative revenue models that companies solving a similar problem have used successfully? For each alternative: what type of customer does it work best for, what does it do to customer acquisition cost and lifetime value, and what would my unit economics look like if I switched? What is the revenue model that most aligns my incentives with my customer's success rather than just their initial purchase? And what would need to be true about my business for the model I originally chose to be the clearly right one?
