Digital zoom onto the machete and the gold chain, then out to the waiting line and the spit still turning on the open bed. 20-30s: [Handheld, operator closer] He climbs onto the open bed. Grabs a pita, opens it, carves long sheets off the spinning döner with the machete, meat falling onto the bread, sauce, salad, wraps it, hands the first kebab down to the person at the front of the line. That person takes it and steps aside; the line shuffles one step forward. He is already cutting the next one as the clip ends.
