Chesterton's Fence Audit: Early Warning System for Plans

Here is my current plan: [paste plan]. For every assumption baked into it, I want you to ask: what would have to be true for this assumption to be dangerously wrong? Don't tell me the assumption is wrong. Tell me the specific real-world conditions under which it collapses market, team, timing, dependency, or behavior. Then for each collapse condition, tell me the earliest detectable signal that it's already happening. I'm not looking for pessimism. I'm building an early warning system.
